1. Engagement
By deploying ScalerX Lab's infrastructure (BOS, AgentX, or custom ERP solutions), you agree to these terms. Our services are provided as an autonomous Business Operating System designed for enterprise efficiency.
2. Implementation & Deployment
Full deployment of the ScalerX ecosystem typically involves a 14-day "Neural Mapping" phase where our agents learn your operational DNA. Clients are responsible for providing accurate service catalogs and pricing structures.
3. Usage Restrictions
Our technology must not be used for deceptive marketing practices, unauthorized data scraping, or any activity that violates the ethical guardrails of "Sovereign Intelligence."
4. Intellectual Property
The Sentinel Logic Engine, BOS Framework, and all proprietary AI models remain the intellectual property of ScalerX Lab. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to utilize these "Brains" for their internal business operations.
5. Liability
While AgentX is designed for high-accuracy autonomous action, ScalerX Lab is not liable for outcomes resulting from clinical decisions or financial transactions processed through the platform. The system is a tool for professional decision support.
